I heard a rumor that moving your plants, at all. is bad in general for em? when i say moving, i mean. its in a 3gal pot, and im moving it as a whole. 5ft. true or false :confused: In order for me to flower, imgonna have to move it to the darkroom :neutral:

hotspots come with CFL lighting too? I have a bright ass white as my wall atm, I know that if anything freaky starts happening to my plant, ill be removing it. but eh. we'll see :-?

I just found like 7 in my old backpacking gear. was thinking of lining my walls with em. all about 8x8 foot. would it work instead of a mylar sheet or something:confused:

Yah, i sealed off a little loft and painted the fish tank black, put up a huge wool blanket. its just to seal of ALL SOURCES OF LIGHT. i also considered turning the tank into a hydro box for my next season thanks! :mrgreen:

All right, i would like some honest feedback. I was thinking about blocking off a segment of my loft with a dark thick blanket i have, I cleaned out a fishtank, threw some dark paint around it, dried it. I hung a blanket for now, and so far it seems that about 99% of the light is blocked off...

yah i have 4 46w. 2x kelvin 3500+ and 2x 4500+., and another 46w cool bright down low, and a side cfl thats 3500+, 40w :mrgreen:

Walmart and Goodwill. I also found my local Horticulture shop handy. But goodwill and walmart are definatly good places to look. Super cheap CFLS FTW :blsmoke:

ALright, so i have my oldest plant right now, under CFL's and it is about 1.5 months old, veggin' out. 3 Days ago i switched my lighting cycle, to 24/0. All was fine, until today when i walked in to turn fans on, the sides of the fan leaves were curling in an upward fashion. it can't be heat...

yeah man. I know a mate who had 9 plants in his APARTMENT CLOSET. The police came over one night due to a rowdy party, and they were discovered. you know what happened? NOTHING LOL.:blsmoke: 1 plant should be no problems at all. Just don't tell a soul about it if you're really that paranoid =P
