i decided it was cut down time after new year this year. there fucking disgusting, used to smoke about 10 a day (full strength). I dont smoke at work any more and have about 2 a day (light cigs). Its made me feel a lot better about myself. Couldnt be bothered with the whole cold turkey thing...
