Please help first time newbie here

Some plants are just genetically lighter/darker in color. If the growth seems vigorous and healthy, then you should be alright. Don't over feed thinking there's a problem when there really isn't. Also MG soil is fine. Just keep in mind that it's already full of nutrients. You can probably go a...

    The wish list thread

Hey everyone. Since the holiday season is right around the corner I figured I'd start a wish list thread. Post any strain or seed you've wanted but can never seem to get your hands on. You just might get a surprise gift or at least a point in the right direction. Hopefully this stays alive for...

Phospohorous def./Nitrogen tox. or something... (obviously, I don't know!)

Never tried organics yet. And I agree that store bought soil isn't necessarily 100% worry free, but as long as you're in a reasonable range you should be alright

White spots in center of leaves, stunted growth. Using Earth Juice. Whats wrong?

if your tap water is at 7 or higher my guess is there's plenty of calcium in it. you can probably go your entire grow and never once have to supplement calcium. too much calcium will cause lockout.

One plant of 4 .. multiple problems

workinit is dead on with the nute ratio and dyna gro (phenomenal product). your ratio is very high in Nitrogen. however your plants do look pretty healthy. my only advice would be to not mix different brands unless you used them separately during different feedings example: if you're using...

    HELPP!!! Flowering plant gone limp...

he's obviously a new grower. nothing wrong with that. i grew tomato plants this past summer. i fuckin hate tomatoes. sometimes the journey of growing something yourself is worth more than the end yield. especially your first few times growing something.

Phospohorous def./Nitrogen tox. or something... (obviously, I don't know!)

Most soils have buffers in them to auto correct ph, but i would still try to stay in the proper range. i would also check the PPM and total alkalinity of your water if it's straight from the tap.

    over peroxide please help!!!!!

Well let's start by explaining the algae. Algea grows where there is light and moisture. Algea can compete with your roots for oxygen and basically suffocate your roots. If the algea isn't on your roots then you need not worry. Just be sure to block light from your roots or Rez. Now the...

    nute burn, cutting affected leaves

Lock out can actually happen under many different circumstances. Not all nutrients lock out like the next. In fact Google nutrient lockout. You'll find vastly different looking plants symptoms

    help needed guys plz

She looks fine to me. Definitely no deficiency or burn for that matter. Looks more like either old damage to the leaf, or there was a bug in there nibbling. When leave get damaged (torn, poked, or a tiny bit eaten) the damage may look more pronounced as the leaf grows and becomes bigger. As the...
