Defintely more smaller lights on a 5x10 floor space to get better spread. The 1000 would work but multiple smaller lights would be better for spread and you really wouldnt be utilizing the penetration of the 1000 in a SOG. Multiple smaller lights will help with you raising and loweing of them...
