    Australian Bastard Cannabis

I"m a fan of all mutant plants. Sounds odd, I know. But the only one I can find is the Ducksfoot.

    MUTANT strains ABC & Dizzy

I've found Ducksfoot on Nirvana's website, but not the others. Care to share a link?

    Experience with LED's

i'm in total agreement. Each has their specalty, and is best used in certain situations. I just hate for people to read stuff up about HPS, or CFLs, or LEDs for that matter, and not understand exactly what it is they need, or what would work better for them. It actually hurts me to watch people...

    Experience with LED's

I know you wern't taking a crack at me. No hard feelings. Sorry if it sounded like I was being defensive, it wasn't my intention. Totally agree with you there. Manufacturers hype up their stuff, but it's why I come on these forums to find out what really works. AN is notorious for their...

Is this a Magnesium or Zinc deficiency

I can't tell from the pic what's wrong, and from the information you've given I can't tell what else is up. It could be one of 1,000 different things if your leaves are turning yellow. But if you suspect it to be Mg or Zn deficiency (which I'm not saying that it is) then a straight 10-15-10...

which greenhouse strain is the best

I'm not the greenhouse expert, but after seeing what others think, and after growing Arjan's Strawberry Haze, I can say that i will not be continuing with GH anytime in the near future. What I was drawn to about ASH was the ability for the plant to stay super low, and it didn't do that at all...

    Experience with LED's

First off, I would like to start by saying that I am in total agreement with you Jonus. Nothing you said in that post did I disagree with in the slightest. That being said, it really frustrates me when people use google as their form of scholarly research (not saying you were claiming it to be...

    Experience with LED's

That makes sense, and I'm sure that you know more about it than I do. It makes sense to me that a 400 watt HPS would heat up a room faster than 400 watts of CFLs, but I was just oging by what the FAQ's said. They claimed that the overall heat distribution of any type of light, watt for watt, was...

    Advanced Nutrients BIG BUD Powder?

Ok, forgive me if you already said this, but I'm buzzing quite well right now, and can't seem to find it in any previous post, but can you answer the following question for me: Are you growing in soil or in hydro? If the answer is soil, all you need is a basic plant fertalizer. If you don't...

    Experience with LED's

I'm not willing to argue with you, because I'm not an electrical engineer. It's also been quite a few years since I took thermodynamics, so I'm a bit rusty on it. But it says in the Grow FAQ's that HID lights do not run hotter than any other light source, watt for watt, just that the HID's have...

    Experience with LED's

Sorry, I thought that was a given. I havn't met anyone that claims that CFLs or t5's are better than HPS. I just assumed that you had heat or space issues.

    Advanced Nutrients BIG BUD Powder?

No, don't worry about it. Just take the basic nutes and add big bud to it from now on. I'm not saying that you CAN'T only use Big Bud, but your plants will show certain deficiencies if you do that. If your plants look healthy now, don't worry about what you did, just treat from here on out.

    Advanced Nutrients BIG BUD Powder?

Big Bud is a flowering additive. It can't be used by itself.

    Experience with LED's

My help will not be a good prediction of what other people have to say. Everyone on here hates LEDs, I don't LEDs work well for veg, but they lack in flowering. If you are planning on flowering, stick with CFLs or t5's.

dr hornbys nute advice plz when and how much

Yeah, I was just hoping to find an organic alternative. I'd love to do a complete organic grow, if just for fun if nothing else. but I'm not willing to lose 1/3 the yield in the process.

Strains that were a big dissapointment.

I don't mind stepping in right here. I haven't grown any of Arjan's other strains, but I have tried his Strawberry Haze. Very disappointing. It was supposed to stay low, and give decent yields. Not so. Stays very low in flowering, then stretches like a bitch in flower, going from 1 foot tall in...

    habanero

Nice work. I hope you enjoy that pepper. What type of habanero is it? I love those peppers, but I've never been successful getting them to bear fruit indoors. All I can do is get them to flower. Then the flowers just fall off. Any suggestions?

dr hornbys nute advice plz when and how much

I'm up for criticism and some elderly advice, but I don't see how I wouldn't lose yield, if all things are considered equal, but I can't use Big Bud. That stuff is wonderful, and I havn't been able to find anything, organic or otherwise, that works as well as Big Bud.
