yeah an intake fan is important u need to keep fresh air coming in with new co2 why not sacrifice one of your oscilating ones 4 the intake and just have that blowing over them

well i grow in a flat which is classed as the same thing sept im from the uk and all i did was put a blind and a net curtain up open the window up a bit and build a box 4 ya window cut 2 holes for 4 intake 1 for outake just make sure its sealed up real good so no light can get out and your ready...
