i dont know mate it just says 250w cfl its got a shade on aswell so i think it must be i dont think u can overfeed yur plants from feeding from the bottom well its always worked for me and thers always lookin good

nice 1 matanuska yer its turned out nice hasnt it i had it under a normal house lamp for about 3 weeks then i put it under a 250w cfl and it come up like a motherfucker and its been suckin up loads of food i feed it from the bottom,its in a round tray and i fill that every few days and it sucks...
