A Mendocino cigar is only the bombest thing you've ever smoked. It's screened hash pressed flat and a few grams of bud are rolled up into it like a cigar. It's %100 cannabis. It was originally created by Mendo Bruce. This one here was rolled with cheese hash with cheese inside.

I would definitely dig a hole and fill it with some high quality soil. The soil out there can be good, but it's a crap shoot.
