I would definitely agree with the experimentation, even though I go with LST rather then trimming that is my personal preference...most people on here get their opinions from experimenting, so go ahead and have at it, and some pics of the process would be a bonus :)

I just wanted to show a little of what I have, LST was done about a week ago :)

Here are some update pics (eye candy)... All but one of the plants (picture four) have been LST'ed and they are doing very well. My greenhouse project is going a good bit slower then expected but coming along. So the plants will be in the tent until the greenhouse is finished...and Im ordering...

Im guessing GA is not very popular.

Ok so I just found out that since I live in GA, I can't get any shroom spores :( They used to grow all the time around here in the cow fields in their dodo, but now the farmers add stuff to their feed so shrooms don't grow. So sad I have never been able to do any...

Yea that one that fell probably wont make it :( And the other plant will be stressed and may take a few days maybe longer to carry on with more growth. I germed my seeds and planted in pots, then it got cold for a few days...I had the same problem.

Yea I was doing a lot of reading in the past few weeks about this to decide what to do with my plants...I LST'ed em' and they are looking very sexy now :D and my huge fan leaves were just tied towards the back and it has turned out to be a great move. Also don't forget about cfls :) they make great supplemental lighting...

Are you buying both the 400 watt and the 1000 watt or do you already have one or both? IMO I think you should just buy a 1000 watt mh/hps switchable ballast you get two bulbs (different lights) for the same price. And if you do mix lights during veg I would have the larger light as a MH anyway...

I think I'm going with the diesel ryders, either today or tomorrow :)
