I only have done soil and ebb and flow so I have no experience with drip or dwc but I would think that if you raised the water level to the bottom of your net pots and made sure you had a lot of air being pumped into the water you could ditch the drip and just use it as dwc.

Wow that is quite a set up, I just use an old aquarium with clear plastic wrap on the metal mesh cover. It only holds about 12 to 14 at a time but less complicated by far.

Just my two cents but if you forget(they forgot) to water a plant and let it wilt badly and go oh shit then water it, that can happen it sucks everything from the fan leaves to keep the rest of the plant going....I've done it. Just my guess but everything looks like it will be ok to me.

yeah thats what I thought although I did find some customer complaints for the smaller cheaper pumps(than what I was planning on getting) and they come with a 3 yr warranty as well. But I couldn't find any reviews period for the larger pumps.
