yeah it looks like over to me. i usually do my pumps around 4-5 times daily for 15 minutes but with cups they are probably retaining water which could even drown roots. they need air if they're sitting in water.

i've been using sm-90 with h202. so far the hydrogen peroxide is the faster fix but is way more temporary. with sm-90 you actually prevent the rot alot longer as the peroxide dissipates over 24 hours. sorry, i'm new and that's about the only thing i've noticed. i use them both together...
