You may want to mix some perlite into your soil also, I've used FFOF for a while now and it tends to get pretty compact as time goes on. Also I wouldn't worry too much about burning your plants, I pop seedlings in the stuff weekly with no problems. A little common sense goes a long way with growing.

What are you temps in the case looking like? She looks small as shit for 3.5 weeks. I'd look into getting some perlite/vermiculite added to your soil too. Using any nutes? More lights will definitely help with growth but you need to be sure the conditions are right across the board first.

You don't need to run any reflectors with LED. My entire cab is still covered with Mylar though. At the moment Im doing some experiments with running UFOs in a PC case. I have two 90w in a case running a micro sog, with my mothers bonsaied in a separate dwc pc case.

Look into the bigger brands that are mentioned around here. Watt for watt LED will produce the same if not better that HPS, just with a heftier price tag. I've used strictly LED for the past few grows and find bud grown under LED better than anything HID, and not having to worry about...

You can cut a clone off that whenever you want. While you should wait until the plant is MUCH healthier, but my average height on clones is about 2" and I have zero problems if you provide the right environment.
