I believe the big bloom is a tea and has living organisms in it. It will have a shorter shelf life than the grow big and tiger bloom. Fox farm says their products can last for years if stored correctly. I restock every grow with the big bloom but as long as I don't hear chunks rattling around...
I usually put mine under hps after the second set of leaves have emerged. I lightly introduce. I put them in the side light then after a day and they look fine, I'll put them directly under.

I just received an email from high times magazine with a contract attached. A writer that is doing a column in the magazine about indoor grow environment wants to use one of the frog photos. It said that they will actually pay me $50 to $400. Im pretty stoked about the deal.
