as you can see these plants have had problems with nutes in the past, but the main problem is they all have like 4-6 nodes and they are only a few inches tall. I figured it was because i had the lights too close (cfls were 3-4 inches away) so i moved them like 6-8 inches away *I haven't measured...

idk what you planted tht in but changing it to rockwool should help just make sure ur ph levels are right, and also the seed looks fine it just hasnt fully developed yet PROBABLY but make sure if it doesnt fix itself reply to this
