My guess is that it is a 600w red/blue only LED. I had that problem before with the top leafs yellowing, it is not the same kind of yellow like Nitrogen def. My LED was VERY close to the plant. You can try fill in the missing spectrum with a 6500k CFL and see if it helps. Do let us know if it...
Well, it is a low cost microscope sometimes the tip of the device will touch some leafs and stuff. Nevertheless it is fun to see so close and you can get some really interesting pictures.
I have a DIY bubble cloner too, I must say it does have very good success rate. I do it similar to ink the world above, I use 5cm net pot with clay pebble, my last attempt 8/8 success :D
The all stretch during the first 3 weeks of going 12/12. It is normal and for some really bushy plants it is a good thing. 6500k during that early flowering period suppose to minimize the stretching. Like Hardroc said, get a 2700k (warm white) also.
It is a USB microscope linked to my computer, it is similar to this one

at max magnification depth of view is very low, hence the trichomes picture is blury.
Here is a link of some EXTREME CLOSE UP shot of seed growing thread I made in the past.

It proves 1 think, nature has hairy balls too :D
They look healthy and it is good to see another LED grower :D.
Oh, the plant in the first pict you may want to have a fan blowing on it the stem looks a bit thin.
"Aluminum foil is no more than 55% reflective" I would like to see a proper experiment be conducted to prove that. This is another cut and paste of whoever said it first, look at the property of aluminium you will see how much more reflective it is.
I have already stated the 2 weakness of tin...
Not definitely, I have a plant grown to 2 foot and show no sign of sex (trust my I have a microscope, and a different plant germinate at the same time has shown pre-flowers) so I thought it is going to be a male but I will flower it anyway just to prove it. After 2 weeks, still no sign, and I...
First rule of cloning: Let it do its rooting!. and I am sure you can guess what I am going to say about the 2nd rule :P
If you have low success rate why not make a small bubble cloner, they have very good success rate.
I am just thinking does this only apply to soil grow because there are certainly limited water and nutes available to the plant and during the dark hours they can take up the nutes better because they don't need to use it right away. In a hydro nutes is available 24x7 and would suit 24x7 lights...
If you have a good environment its probably take less time, but that was my quick stock up option. Also I fertilised 1 of the plant to make seed so its hard to compare, there are more people who had grown short rider, just do a search on the tiltle.
