Actually it depends on strain. My experience is that plants show depending on maturity. If they've vegged long enough (6-8 weeks) they will show before the 12/12 switch. But they usually show within a week or two if mature enough...otherwise it could take longer.

Yup, you don't need P to flower. You don't make things worse by giving your plant nitrogen, especially during the stretch. I still feed my OG Kush and Northern Lights plants veg. nutrients (Foliage Pro 9-3-6) and I only fed them bloom formula one watering....and they are in week 3 of flowering...

I'd say take it to two weeks more (9 weeks/63 days). I'm sure the plant will put on quite a bit more weight in those two weeks! I'm growing Northern Lights myself and I it's a very good plant!!
