    Has anyone ever tried?

Well what a wonderfully innocent question, as well as a few creative answers. Let's apply logic to your question. OK - if it was so - don't you think we would know already. Don't you think nature would be a complete mish-mash of random species. Lets pollinate potatoes with apple, and get...

    Methamphetamine

I'm glad to see everyone here says NO to 'lab grade glass - methamfetamine' Good or bad, that's a drug that wrecks you, and if all our advice it's not good enough for you, you might find yourself as one of those poor bastards who had to see for themselves. Them and their families, and everyone...

    I think I might've f*cked up Supercropping

Poor plant. Why not just train it with twine, bailingwire or something else suitable. That should achieve about the same - spreading out the plant. It's easy and does'n traumatize the plant like 'supercropping'

To Crop, or Not to Crop?

I don't think you'll 'lose the bud' like suggested by leaving it in the ground - as long as you keep an eye on it daily. You may get some decent warmer weather. Those fan leaves that have turned purple isn't of too big a concern. Where I live we sometimes get early frost, and I know people who...

    not sure if CFL .

It is a halogen lamp, and you can not grow anything with it. Basically halogen provides 30-40% more light than regular incandescent - but that's still not enough to grow anything. You can get a CFL for 5 bux. For that big grow, you might need more than that.. ..

    Halp!

I read your thread again. It seems strange that the problem would not be more obvious, and it appears everyone has thought about the most likely possibilities. I would assume you have decent drainage in your soil, since you have successfully done this before. Another thought was iron deficiency...

    LED grow

Well, the manufacturer suggests 3 to 7 feet or so, but I'm not even going to try that. After I backed off some - to about one foot, it seem as if new growth is coming in with better color - and I just counted 10 babies, also under UFO LED, and I'll post more pics as soon as they show real...

A New Chapter, 45 watt LED light, Feminized seeds, CFLs

Hello - sorry you didn't like my information. I have to correct you on 'supremely expensive' regarding the UFO. I have three of them, all through eBay, varying in price from $125 to $160 delivered, which is roughly what you paid - right. Other than that, my comment was rather to steer you in the...

    LED grow

LED First day of flowering, as well as day one of the babies in the veg-room. I just counted 6, of about 12 seeds. I only have 3 plants in flowering - and only two are positively female. I chose to start out in moderation, since LED grow is new to me, and I wanted to break into it gently - that...

    Personally Identifying Information in Images

Big Brother is Watching! Informative thread - and scary. Whenever a serious crime has been committed, the authorities often seem able to dig up all sorts of information that has taken place over the internet. Things posted, mails sent and received etc. The camera is only one out of a slew of...

A New Chapter, 45 watt LED light, Feminized seeds, CFLs

Hello - I don't want to burst your bubble, but unfortunately in my opinion you have spent your money on a fairly low-powered unit, which I doubt will make you satisfied. Although the so-called UFO LEDs are only twice the wattage - 90 watts, they utilize 90- one watt LEDs, and provide a huge...

LED Light Users. Please Click Here!

Hello there. I wouldn't go so far as to call myself a seasoned LED user, but I have completely fallen in love with them. I have the exact same UFO as you show a link to in your post, and I have two more, with slightly different ratios of red/orange/blue and white, and I use them from seed to...

Would An Aqua Globe Work? LOL

Of course they'll work. Water is water. If you are concerned that your soil doesn't get to dry out - pull'em out for a few days now and then. At least you know your plants will not dry out on you, on a hot day. I've used the method simply by using any bottle with a screw-on cap. Drill some holes...

    LED grow

Thanks for responding. In addition to two females, that I put into flowering today - I planted about 12 seeds, and I saw two had sprouted - so I'll get the camera out. My plan is to do the whole grow under LED. I have three 90watt UFO's - one for veg, two for flower. What I seemed to experience...

Lets talk foliar sprays really quick + REP

You can use a low dose of your regular fertilizer - I wouldn't do too much of it, into flowering, running the risk of fouling your bud, but for veg, it's OK. the plant will to some degree absorb the nutrients right trough the leaf - and yes, I would not add chemistry to change pH7. That should...
