ther is your first problem resolved...scoop it out and transplant to a party cup size...with a big container ther arent enough roots to fill the space and consume the water..hence the soil stays wet....and starts to cause other issues..in a small cup it will tell U visually when it needs...

I have often put two plants in one container, never less than 60 liter tubs tho, I think tho in the case of a pc grow box, the limited space it might be no better or worse either way, root bound seems to be the norm in these small grows.
