Coco just is a little tricky when it comes to managing pH, from my experience, which I assume is why pH Perfect isn't meant to be used in it. Well, you can use it, but you might have problems. MIGHT.

The way I understand it, you need to use them together in order to help support their different functions. Personally, I use the Expert Grower Level bundle from Advanced Nutrients, and don't actually use Tarantula, but I do use Piranha and Voodoo Juice together. Works like a charm.

Um, Bud Candy isn't discontinued. I love it, and I hope it's NEVER discontinued. It is a must in my grows. At first, I wasn't a big fan because it seemed a little, well, cheesey, but it's changed the results for me. Haters be hating. LOL

And if you did a little less whining, you would see this poster is a newbie, and it would make sense to them to post in the newbie section. Chill. Everyone makes mistakes. No one needs the ALL CAPS treatment for this. :)

I would say that nothing is idiot proof. If these boards are any indication. LOL I mean, anyone can screw anything up. But I've found pH Perfect nutrients to be pretty darn easy to use. Though I have been growing MMJ for a bit, so it could also be me.

Yeah, the Advanced Nutrients calculator is a little tricky at first. But I've found that using about 25% less is a good way to get the right amount and if your plants are happy, you can always add more.

I used to use Iguana Juice in the past for the organic MMJ grows I wanted to do. While you can use the nutrients on their own, I really feel that stacking with other additives is a great way to boost your grow. But if you don't want to boost your grow, then stick with the basics. I think you...

I don't think the dark period is necessary, but it sounds like you want someone to tell you it's a good idea. Don't need anyone's permission here to do what you want with your grow, but when you ask for advice, realize you might not always like it. LOL
