    Reusing soil for one means your soil isn't going to be sterile, thus the post... boiling your soil will sterilize it. Secondly, the soil will have next to no nutrients in it and it will be overall poor quality. Just get new soil its not like your going to be emptying your wallet to do so...

    flowering can be started any time after 18 inches, your plants are gonna be fucking huge, you could start cutting your lights down by 1 hour every day until you hit 12/12 right now. I wanna see this beast!

    From what I have heard it is best to let your plant grow to at least a 18 inches before going into flower (depending on space if that's an issue) anyways, the plant grows a lot more even during flowering stage so you will still be getting taller. But if you ask me your going to want a decent...
