    Honestly I don't think that the police are going to be scanning your neighborhood with infrared unless they have serious suspicions, but other than that your CFLs aren't going to be producing that much of a substantial heat increase, compared to HPS lamps at least.

    lol... all you have to do is get the ONA block, poke a few holes in it (or remove the cap but holes will prolong its lifetime) and leave it where people would most likely be smelling your weed, its that simple.

    If I were you I would put your milk (whole milk) into a pot and simmer just under a boil, maybe a really light boil. Add in the bud, and keep it going like this for about 5 hours. Make sure you stir the milk pretty much constantly otherwise it will create a thin film of nasty shit on the top...
