if you had a 600w dual purpose ballast you could use a 600w mh for veg and then change the bulb to s for flowering, therefore no more lights, best results, and most efficient way imo

If you buy the 6" you don't need a reducer, you can turn the speed down if you want and it will be good for upgrade. Watch the volumes of the fans though - i have 2 x 6 inch fans and one is 550 m while the other cheaper one is only 330m so i have to slow the better one down a bit...

Good temp - crank the humidity for seedlings so they can feed through the leaves and not dry out...

Are these daytime - or night time? veg or flower? Either way you could afford it to go up about 6-10 F. Humidity is goods for veg, ok to slightly damp for flower but that is generally ok - watch that at night cycle it doesn't rise too high as it often goes up then. If so consider a de-humidifier...
