    Hydrogen peroxide added to res???

If you are asking how much bleach to bring your ph down, don't use bleach go buy a big bottle of ph down, it costs like 5 bucks and will last 100 gallons, with directions on the bottle for how much to add. If your asking about the bleach for the cleaner water/roots it seems the thread has come...

    Hydrogen peroxide added to res???

I tried it, using the 3% solution at the rate of 1 tbl per gallon and its been about 36 hours. My plants are showing no adverse affects, the ph level is still solid and the roots hanging down are already noticeably whiter. I think I've been converted.

    Hydrogen peroxide added to res???

I have been snooping around online, and several sources actually say to use BLEACH instead, about 4-7 ml per gallon. Is this even possible, I can't understand how bleach wouldn't just kill your plants. Anyone ever done this?

    Water Chilling

Well, I'll post as I go, not gonna rush to make pointless posts just to get that changed lol. I am a week into my first bud, with a full crop in veg right now. I started everything off clones, and this is my first time ever growing, so this site is great for questions, lots of knowledgeable...

    Hydrogen peroxide added to res???

I overheard someone talking about adding hydrogen peroxide to their hydroponics reservoir to eleviate and also as a preemptive strike. My question is how does this effect your plants? You can do this WITH plants in system? If so how much per gallon?

    Water Chilling

I am thinking the cheapest way to do this will definitely. Be the bottle of ice. I don't think I am going to go as far as burring a pine for geo thermal, that's q crazy lot of work. Thanks everyone for the great ideas. Unrelated how do I change the thing under my name that says stranger?

    Water Chilling

I am already finding the water in my reservoir is getting a bit warm, 75-80 degrees, not sure if this is a problem, but I am sure, come summer months, it will get hotter. I looked into some water chillers and they all run in the $300-$400 range, which is well above my budget at this point...

    identify this plant problem

what is this? I am only just getting started and my main source of knowledge is the internet, not first hand. If I had to guess I would say nutrient burn. Anyone know? It is happening on about 1 or 2 out of 10 of the leaves on 2 of my plants, and on only 1 or two leaves on the rest, all of...

    Carbonated water/selzter water Co2 replacement/supplement

Kvnbeach do you know how much CO2 one of those buckets puts out in ppm? From what I understand idealy you want the area of the plant to be around 10000-20000 ppm if you are adding CO2, where a normal room is like 300

    Carbonated water/selzter water Co2 replacement/supplement

Well even if something vastly different is going on, say, the plants absorb 1000% more efficiently, or something as equally over the top, still, the base contents would seem to dictate little to no help given, so I would say your logic is sound.

    aeroponics cloner (root problems)

My water temp is between 55-70 it varies. Also it only seems to happen on two of the 8 plants roots. The way my machine runs is a pump with a vertical piece of pvc, then a t joint, with a horizontal piece of pvc that has the misters. i noticed the two that had the discolored area, specifically...

4x8 Flood and Drain... Need help with feeding schedule...

I feel 30 minute flood is much to long, you only need enough time to hit the over flow, usualy 2 or 3 minutes, I only say 15 because that is a common length for timers as well as my own timers minimum length.

    aeroponics cloner (root problems)

I tried 15 on and 15 off, and it seems to work, my plants were in no way wilting, but they did seem, I donno, a bit dryer, after a day of that. I would prefer 2 minutes on and 1 off, but unfortunate my timer is 15 minutes only. Right now I have it on for 45 and off for 15, its been like that for...

    aeroponics cloner (root problems)

From what I understand this is general used as an aeroponics cloner. I have a 350 gph pump with some pvc attached with 12 mister heads. I run this 24/7 and put ply clones in 3 inch net pots with a little hydroton to hold them up and the roots grow out, I use this set up for the entirety of my...
