na i didnt, but i didnt let mine have any light on when it was on the leaves. neem oil is kinda like wax. when its hot is oily, but when it cooled it soildifies. if its hot when the lights are on it will be oily enough to get into the pores and clog them puppies up. u might try to wash it off...

if you dont wash the oil off fairly well the leaves will do that from the pores being clogged with the oil.( i think) i have used neem in the past and had the same prob. i had to mix mine @ 1/4 strength spray the plants when lights are about to go off and respray with plain water right before...

honestly im alil to medicated to remember what is what with long tube lights. i used whatever the cheapos are from walmart. i think they are t8s but i wouldnt bet much on it.
