1) I recently found some seeds in a random bag of bud (not too high quality). I was wondering if it is possible to grow these (assuming they germinate) and get high quality bud off of them, simply by growing it better than the original grower? I realize seeds are very much based on genetics...

No, but your going to have to do a better job at keeping it undercover if you want to avoid getting caught. (edit to add): it often can depend on the judge that signs the warrant, you get some up tight anti-drug judge, it could be a different story.

I would never pay money for bud that has 12 seeds in it, and I'm sure there's others here that would agree. Where I come from, that amount of seeds comes in shwag.. All I'm saying is don't go around claiming "high grade" if it's far from dispensory quality..

I've had ounces of outdoor with maybe 2-3 seeds, but with most if not all indoor I have smoked, very hard to find a even an undeveloped seed.

Oh man, 3 or so years ago every bag of weed that I got stunk. Like, wherever the weed went, the smell would linger..and it was that classic bud smell. Now everything has the same smell but less stinkfactor.. I don't know why.
