My last big kush plant hermi'd and thats exactly how it looked and they turned out to be seeds(I'm currently growing 4 from them now).

The word "flowering" would imply that the plant is flowering so to me that would indicate the countdown starts when you see flowers. I start when I see flowers.

Look for white hairs in a couple of day's.

Kill that thing unless you want the seed.

Even 16 I would say is too much for that cupboard. You don't think that is small? I have to ask do you think you could have grown 26 plants in that? and were do you plan on putting all this lighting you say you have? Or do you plan on using a different room for flower?
