I'm new to growing and need some help. My babies are stuck in a slow or no grow situation. They are about 1.5 weeks old and have gotten their first 2 set of leaves and then nothing... No height growth, nothing seems to be happening. What should I do? Any suggestons.

Have my babies in a box with a plastic lid outside on a second story deck with no shade is this dangerous as far as too much heat? Should I have them inside next to a window? Don't worry about where I have them they are in a no access area (private home, no stairs to deck and no neighbors)...
