    My Drip Irrigation/DWC progress

Out of the six plants three were male, one was a hermaphrodite, only two were female. Now at least I have a source of female clones, so the next crop should be better.

    ideas for large reservoir?

I only have 2 in the 10 gallon tank. I have 6 plants in my 45 gallon tank, but only use 6 gallons in it. The plants intermingle but I still get enough air flow around them. I also anticipate removing a few of them soon. I started from seed so I should get a few males.

    ideas for large reservoir?

You might be able to find these locally. Don't know if you'll need 4 of them though. http://www.target.com/Ultra-Latch-Storage-Box-74-qt/dp/B000AV3PT2/qid=1236567545/ref=br_1_4/180-0731689-1652117?ie=UTF8&node=13825601&frombrowse=1&rh=p%5F36%3A%2450-%2499&page=1 Oh... Confused... Help a girl out

I have one that I've been trying to save for 2 weeks now that looks like that (yellow leaves, red stalks). The Ph dorpped to 4 1/2 to 5 for about 5 days before I noticed. I've been watering it by hand, and flushing it every other day. The roots are finally starting to show some new white tips...

    How Hard?

I've recently watched the SeeMoorBuds videos. and the Aero setups they use in some of them have roots long enough that the eventually are underwater like DWC. They add a little hydrogen peroxide, it prevents root rot.

    How Hard?

For sure. It also makes it easier to keep an eye on solution level and root health/progress.

    ~~Toone's White Widow Grow~~PICS

You pinch the stalk to make it soft (better to pinch a few light times until u get the feel of it, you want it to soften up not break) and the top will lay over, but still grow. The next node down will act as if it were a new top because it gets more light. Heres a video...

What would be the outcome if...

As long as you have enough space for the roots, so the plant doesn't get root bound, It shouldn't matter if the volume of the container goes vertical or horizontal. It's the volume that matters, not the shape.

Pretty! Might need to pinch and bend if they get too much taller.

    How Hard?

I have a suggestion for you 1982. If you like using a clear res you should consider getting one that is tinted green, or you could wrap your current one with green cellophane. Green light slows the process of photosynthesis, and whould prevent alge formation between nute soultion changes. Also...

What would be the outcome if...

I would say no. Otherwise drip irrigation in a tray wouldn't grow tall, but they will. Keeping the light as close as possable without burning the plant keeps it from stretching and becoming overly tall. Topping/Pruning will cause them to become bushy.
