Looks like low nitrogen and low magnesium to me.

Could be a mag deficiency.

The first reply in the thread was right, the leaves have all perked back up.

That's why I added the 3 different nutes in small doses, to see if the color would improve, it seems to have with the introduction of some more water last night too.

No transplant in their future, they are in 3 gallon pots. They aren't very big for their age anyway, so I don't anticipate any problems on this front, next grow will be with 5 gallons, no autoflowering plants ever again.
