Thanks guys, should i ease the plant back into a 12 12 schedule? or should i set my timer to 12 12 right away?

Below are pics of my first plant. Its about 5 feet tall and is budding. My question is, when do i know when to clip the buds? I dont want to wait too long but I want to have the largest buds possible (obviously) I havnt really been taking track, but im pretty sure its about 3 weeks into...

I am about 3 weeks into flowering my first indoor white widow (first one turned out male:cry:) and its about 5 feet tall and sprouting fat nuggets of love everywhere. Anyway I have not been doing the whole PPM thing the whole time, i just water it everyday and give it koolbloom every third day...
