Would say that was a bit optimistic, work on the basis of a 3rd to 50% dry weight and you'll save any dissapointment, the denser your buds the less weight will be lost and by the looks of things you've done a top job, well done:weed:

Yes thats perfectly fine, i've just done it in fact, take your main colas now and the energy will be redistributed to the lower branches = bigger, fuller buds and just leave until your desired stone effect is mirrored by the trich percentage!! Happy harvesting.

Yeah it's pretty much obvious that its been topped, i'm talking of the poor quality, small, scraggly buds on a poor quality, small scraggly plant!

In my opinion your soil is almost definatley too "hot" for small plants and seedlings. You mentioned that it was a timed release fertiliser soil with enough for 3 months worth of growth WITHOUT nutrient so the last thing you should be doing is adding more!! There is not much you can do now apart...

I agree, I don't know why or how people grow plants like this, but all that time for a few grams is not my game. Fair play to you if your happy with it but how it's so small is beyond me, better luck next time.:roll:
