*Due to heat which lamp is better?????*

Hmm. I think you have a misunderstanding about heat. MH lamps put out more heat per lumen The heat produced by a lamp is relative to it's wattage, so a 600W anything puts out 50% more heat than a 400W anything.

    Clones

I've done it, but it depends on how far into flowering you are. The later, the worse results with clones. Getting them to root, and veg again seems to take more time the deeper into flowering you are. I've done up to five weeks into flowering, with poor results. As for your yield, you don't...

    The US Constitution

UTI, Do you believe that the SCOTUS decisions in interpreting and striking down law has been too liberal, or not enough court challenges brought as a check on congressional or executive power ?

    Let me get this straight...

A living wage is just redistribution. "Fairness" only has a place within socialism where you use ambiguous criteria to transfer wealth and power. Capitalism - Art is in the eye of the beholder, and takes on a relative value. Productive work is in the eye of the employer or market and takes on...

Why the Obama economics plan is working - BusinessWeek.com

Economists are not much better than fortune tellers, but debt doesn't lie. How about I sum it up : "we are in the eye of the storm" Hope you all have some gold sitting around.

    The US Constitution

I suppose part of my concern is to the current government, and if they aren't strictly following the constitution. I'm looking for justification of the current government either to explain how it does operate within its boundaries, or what explicit changes are needed to bring the constitution...

Ron Paul should, but I suspect none of the three will be it.

Who do you define as a civilian inside a war zone ? Are all people who stay providing aid to the enemy in some way ? Was dropping the bombs on Japan a war crime since civilians were necessarily going to be killed ? Dresden ? There are necessary calculations when determining how to use force in...

    Obama: Limits Nuclear Weapons

I did miss that. How does reducing our options and announcing them help with this threat ? We are hated and many actors would have no reservation using WMDs of any kind against us, no matter who would be retaliated against. making this nuclear policy symbolic only. Regardless of any practical...

    160,000 + new jobs

20 months ago, we weren't over a trillion or more dollars in debt from "stimulus". We didn't have a new health tax. Our budget was slightly better balanced. It wasn't clear if the tax cuts would stay in place. Carbon taxes weren't looming. Businesses hadn't been demonized by the...

    Obama: Limits Nuclear Weapons

You are correct when talking about those countries. Their concern is probably that they will suffer the aftereffects of a nuclear exchange. The real benefit of nuclear weapons is as a general way to prevent war, as long as the threat to use them exists.

"voluntary" like the way federal highway dollars are used to bend the states to the fed's will ? The banks were "encouraged" by some "community organizations" to do something that was not in their best interest.

    Obama: Limits Nuclear Weapons

You don't give your battle plans to the enemy. If they believe you won't attack them with more force for an attack of any kind, it only is asking for someone to take that bet. One must be pragmatic in negotiating with enemies. Defending yourself is not ideological.

    Obama: Limits Nuclear Weapons

It only emboldens our enemies. I think this is a very ideological decision, and the belief may be that we will be better 'respected' in the world, when all it does is weaken our position militarily and diplomatically. The problem is, we are hated by the world, and no amount of 'compassion' will...

There has been a lot of talk lately about the federal government and observance of constitutional boundaries. Recent laws have brought some scrutiny of this, along with at least two representatives recently being chastised for their words and the perception that they ignore or disregard the...
