no it will not shock the plant. If you revert itback you can give it a good 2 weeks more growth and then clone. Trust me if your an antzy person and want bud fast, do it this way. That way you dont have to bud you plant and then have to start a whole new one after that, and wait all that time...

Im using 1 CFL with the reflector, that = 400 or 500 watts, I dont remember I threw the box out. I bought it off ebay for 35 bucks, a steal. It works great. Its a blue spectrum, The bulb is about 12 inches long!!!

It looks kind of slim. Have you been using nutes? How old is the plant? Do you have a fan circulting air in the room?If so is it blowing the plant gently? If I were you I would wait a while until your stems get stronger, so you will have a better yield.
