just top off with water no nutes and ph as necessary. your ppm's rise because your plants are using the water and not the nutrients in your solution. you will save yourself nutrients and dough

you are going to want to exchange the air in and out of your space in under 5 min, to calculate how much airflow you need multiply (height)(width)(depth) and divide by 5 that will give you the minimum cfm your fan needs to be.
intake fans should be a lesser cfm rating. passive (no intake fan)...
