20-20-20 would just be a basic high nutrient mix... good for just plain ol nutes, i'd go with the 30-10-10 myself...

i would have to say bad due to the points that the man above me stated, probably not very well ventalated, your plants will probably mold, if there is ventalation, :joint:

wow, that is a very very green plant, great job, you been giving it a lot more phosphorus than you have nitrogen? that would make it flower sooner making it shorter of a plant.
