    what to do

Start bending, just be careful. As the plant goes into flowering, the stalks get hard and are easier to snap! But you should still be able to LST.

? for the legal out door growers..

Yeah I have cameras covering all around my house which I can view from my phone and my brother lives 2 minutes away if needed. All my neighbors are older and really chill/kickback type. no teenage kids thank god. I love the feeling of watching all my hard work and time pay off with some nice...

? for the legal out door growers..

That sucks. having complete strangers (or anyone for that matter) know about your grow is all bad. I have a copy of my growers permit laminated and posted right next to my grow. That way if the cops ever show up, its right there in plain view for them to see.

    ready for bloom nutes?

Me personally, I am in the second week of flowering and am at 1/4 veg, 3/4 bloom. Best way to tell is do what the plant is telling/showing you. Cant go wrong that way. If you see quite a bit of yellowing then you might wanna give it a little more veg (N), if they seem like they have been in...

    How Far Along are these?

Looks like 1 to 2 weeks in. Mine are about the same. Good luck and start preventative maintenance if you haven't already (Caterpillar killer, insect soap, ect...)

    ready for bloom nutes?

    Predicting Yield

Last year was my first outdoor grow. I had 4 plants 2 GDP and 2 Grape Ape. Had them all in 10 gallon pots with roots organic and used FF nutes the whole way through. Ended up with just under 10 zips dried and cured.

    Delayed and Staggered Flowering

Different strains means different genetics= different flowering times. Like HotRod said, Sativa's usually take longer to enter the flowering cycle. Try and post some pics if possible. Would be a huge help!

    preflowers pics help

Hey Fresno, just wanted your opinion. I've read/heard numerous times that high nitrogen can prevent plants from going into the flowering period. The last thing I want to do is be giving out faulty info. Have you heard that? Have you ever had that happen to you?

    preflowers pics help

Genetics and grow location are the two main factors for flowering. Also, using a nute with high N can stall the flowering period.

    First Timer BLUE Dream

Patience!! It will start budding, when its ready. I know its a lot easier said than done. But just give it time. Its all genetic and location. Ohh and if your feeding them nutes with high N, back off as high nitrogen can delay flowering (from what I've heard/read)

    nute question for budding..

I would use 1/4 to 1/2 of the recommended feeding dose thats printed on the bottle. Best bet to start low and work your way up. Watch your plant she will tell you if she needs more or less.

    First Timer BLUE Dream

Yes, it seems that once plants start flowering and buds appear, so do the eggs/caterpillars. The good news is with some preventative maintenance you can keep it under control. Last year was bad in the bay area. Almost everyone I knew that was growing outddoors were dealing with them. From what...

Beginniing of flowering, important tips from now till harvesting???

Be vigilant in inspecting your plants for pest/deficiencies if possible. Also, get yourself some Caterpillar killer (BT) and look closely for eggs (tiny little clear/yellow eggs). Caterpillars can decrease your yield greatly if not protected.
