any seeds will work 8 weeks maybe 9 for first crop rise the light up so your plants dont hit it. ( no keeping for more that 9 weeks) bugs and mechanical issues are you biggest problem. in regard to the root system You should go to sunshades.com and watch the areoponic videos that will help you.

I have no way of getting cool air from the crawl space under the house. The floors are laminate so you can just pop a hole in it with out replacing that section of the floor. Is there another way to get the cool new air the plants need? I hear you can get it from another room but that air...

This issue does worry me. I live in a 2 bedroom house. Maybe 1100 sqft. I want to run 4 1000 watt lights plus all of the other equipment. Am I at risk?
