Why would you run the digital ballast at max 660w, unless you are doing that before binning the bulbs...keep it at 600... and by guess on the amount of W, which is 4800w of hps you'll prob get about half a gram a watt so my estimate is 2400 grams , maybe less for asking this question...more if...

The leaves curling inward can be from thrip damage as you definitely do have, i would clean her up...remove infected leaf and even entire stems if its that bad, because the problem is...no insecticide or soaps whatever will kill the eggs it pireces into foliage, repeat the process of spraying...

I notice clones wilting even to death when the light is too bright that the roots just can't take it yet, i chuck em in the dark and they perk up very quickly, is this the problem...maybe , maybe not .

Well you know now, you should be feeding her right off the bat in coco/perlite as it holds zero nutrients... so if you fed her yesterday she should green back up and produce some actual growth..

I'd be trimming every single dead leaf within the bud, or you'll get bud rot next to no time guarantee.
