I have to agree. Under a 1000 watt HPS you should be able to fit at least 18 plants in 3 rows of 6 inside the 6x6 area. Kepp each plant a little smaller to accomodate for the growth of the others.

Go with the HPS for sure. As far as bulbs go just get the right wattage and the brand doesn't matter. Use whatever is the most inexpensive.

Get the biggest fan you can afford if your using it exclusively. Its not like your going to think you have too much ventilation later on.

There is definitely a special process to get only female seeds but I don't know what it is. Personally I prefer to use clones but if you are going to start from seed feminized seeds are the way to go. Almost always a 100% success rate.

Go to Home Depot and pick up 1500 live ladybugs. They cost about $3.00 and release them in the grow room. Ladybugs eat other bugs that are smaller then them and will not mess with your plants.

I think your looking towards at least a good solid 2 months until harvest. They are close to where they should be considering the lights you are using but agree you might try bringing them a little closer.

I have never tried a game system fan but have some experience with small electronics. I cant see any reason why it wouldnt work much the same as a pc fan.
