Yes there is as a matter of fact. Its in the upper right corner of the post you want to add rep to. It looks like a scale and when you mouse over it will say "add to Mr Bombs reputation." Click on it and then it asks you why. Type the reason and press enter. Its that simple.

Vent it to another room in your house and get free heat if your really that concerned about it. Like I said 250 watts is nothing to worry about.
