Legally speaking a plant with symetrical nodes is immature. A plant with alternating nodes is mature. It has nothing to do with height or growth phase!

Im not sure but dont think so. I use a green head mounted light to enter my grow room after dark (in emergencies of course) and have never had any problems. I have heard the green spectrum lighting is basically non-existent to the plants but Im not sure where infrared fits into the whole equation.

I cant tell from the pic but they are probably just the calyxes beginning to swell a little. I would just keep an eye on it for now and not sweat it until it becomes more obvious.

Molasses is used for taste along with the nutrients and some believe it helps the plant absorb nutrients better.
