You can buy Rheostats from Lowes, Home Depot, and probably any local hardware store. You will need to wire it yourself so be careful and pay attention when doing so.

Prove what he said is wrong.. I highly doubt you can. Small pots = small root mass = smaller buds. 12/12 from seed = stretched plants with less bud sites. Prove I'm wrong. Not flaming your way of growing but you have no right to say he is wrong when everything he said is correct.

Your plants are probably going to be shorter/bushier with closer node sites with the 400 compared to the 250. Least that's my opinion.
