Is it just a fact of life that MJ plants will develop a couple of brown leaves, curling, discolouration etc? I know they are down to certain factors, but do most growers just put up with this happening? I've tried to look after my plants as best as possible, provide them with enough light, just...

I've had it on both my plants - a few leaf tips go brown. I'm not sure what caused it (poss over nute) but as long as new growth looks healthy I wouldn't be too concerned.

Oh well, just changed the bulb to lower spectrum and they're now going to be running on 12/12. :)

Here, a few updated pictures. Up first is the auto-flowering White Moscow. Here's my Amnesia Lemon... Any ideas on whether I should switch the lighting to 12/12 yet? Or whether it'll be adviseable at least to change the bulb to a warmer CFL? I have a 150w CFL in 2700k spectrum...

I could give my regular plant just a bit more time vegging then - not a problem. Although thinking about moving over to the lower spec bulb - shouldn't be a probs with a warmer bulb in there would it?

Okay cool I will swap to 12/12 this week and change my CFL over to a lower spectrum. I’m a little worried about light leaks during flowering but I’m hoping the Amnesia Lemon won’t be too upset by some light coming through the cracks in the ‘drobe. Afterall – they put up with moon light...

If your grow space has some auto-flowering plants, can you switch to 12/12 to accommodate the 'regular' growers? I'm about to switch to 12/12 and my auto-flowering has already begun it's flowering process. Thanks.

What makes you think I'm on 24/7? I've kept them on 18/6. Do you think the Amnesia Lemon is mature enough to go into flowering? It's been roughly 5 weeks. Also as the other is an auto-flowering - will putting that on 12/12 limit it's yield or affect it in anyway? Cheers.

Cover your transparent pots up. Use some black tape or something.

Cheers buddy! Yeah I've noticed a lot of white pistils(?) on my auto-flowering plant - she is growing very well! I did say White Widow, but I meant White Moscow! It's a cross between Lowryder and White Russian. I'm about to take and upload some more pics - I know the Amnesia Lemon got some nute...

Cheers - what do you mean about the Y adapters? I wouldn't know where to put them. The large 'heavy duty' CFL I have is 6400k + 150w. The smaller CFL I have is just a normal 24w (150w equivalent) bulb. I only stuck that there because I had it spare from earlier in the grow.
