I would try to not cut leaves off - especially healthy ones as the plant will use more energy repairing itself from the shock than it will filling your buds out (from what I've read on here). If you look at most grows with big buds, you'll see that the leaves are in tact. Good luck.

Thanks - just checked how long she has been growing and it's about 7 weeks. I checked out how long this one takes to harvest from seed and it's 10 weeks. So thanks Goosecomander - you were pretty much spot on with 3 weeks.

AFAIK a calyx is simply the green which covers the flower of the plant before the 'petals' are fully developed. So that little green shell in a female plant is called a calyx. Technical term anyway.

Mine has just started to show female pistils (only a couple) less than a week into 12/12. You have to look closely at the nodes where the branches intersect with the main stem. You should see a round small ball with a couple of hairs sticking out of it. These will grow into your buds.

That's the exact bottle I have and I put like 2ml in with every litre of water. I think it's really potent stuff so don't over-do it like I did first time around!!! (I put about 20ml in with a litre LOL).
