ok so they are ok to be mixed in the water together, just not the two concentrates together

yes the whole point to re-veg the plant by putting it back to 18/6 so you can take clones or re-flower it down the line

if they where under hps i would say off plants that size probs 3+ ounces each, im not to sure with the lights you are using though
