yes, add foil over the top of all the tops of pots, stops the gnats laying more eggs on top of the wet soil, let soil dry alot before next water, also i bought these sticky fly catchers that you hang up i got like 10 off ebay for like 2 pounds, act quick because all the babies feed on your roots...

have you tried perlite, if so which one yeilds more?

few questions, what light/lights are you using in the middle of the wheel? what happened to round one? did you get any yeild? how much do you hope to yeild?

i have a feeling you may have some gnats in your room, they feed on the leaves and leave small brown/yellow dots over some of the leaves

what about using 4 x 400 watt envirolites, thats 1600w is this a red flag?
