Well Im going to have to take them back and exchange them for some daylight cfl's. It seems like all the higher watt cfl's I checked were in the 3000k range or lower, why's that??

Thank you everyone. I still dont know what to do. Can you take cfl's back to walmart cuz the other day I went and bought 2 packs of the 26 watt cfls and there is 6 bulbs in each pack. I dont need cfl's for flowering cuz I have a 1000 watt hps light.

So are you saying that 6500k light bulbs will grow fast than 3000k?? Because I have some 40 watt soft white 3000k cfl's which I switched from 2 4 foot long cool white fluorescent bulbs.
