This is my second grow(guerilla) and feel pretty good about it. I attempted to grow last year, but never made it to flower stage thanks to the help of termites. I vowed to try again this year, but almost failed before I started thanks to customs. I persevered and was able to germinate mid May...

I plan to finish outside. Those hours would allow me to go out as soon as possible eliminating the need for additional lights outside.

How long could I possibly veg with no problems?

It would actually would be 10.5 off, but yes, that's what I mean.

I tried to diagnose it on my own, but I couldn't quite determine what it is. It appears similar to potassium or magnesium deficiency in late stages but it doesn't have the yellowing the chart shows.

You can start feeding them. Start lightly, then increase over time.
