Yep and vice versa.. you can use synthetics while going organic, depending on how poten of stuff you are putting in, most you need to do is re-innoculate..

why clone in perlite when using soil.. is getting roots in 10 days really that different than 15-20days? Why not just clone more often & that'll make up for any time lost. I am in love w/ soil cubes.. so ez. forgot to mention 8 days was for best results, also strain dependant i believe...
