Slow dry hanging the whole plant takes roughly 10 days in the right condition s, they smell lovely going into jars and only gets better. Amazes me when I hear after 4 weeks the smell comes back, I’d much prefer the dank smell from day1. V important to chop when ripe.

Could always part harvest top half, let the bottoms go for another couple weeks ish.

Agreed, you could of buried most of that stem. On your next repot tho gives you another chance.

Water the day before you chop. Hang whole plant. It’s a MUST to make sure your humidity is not too low so maybe get a humidifier. 50-60% is ideal. You want temps around 60f. Mine take 12-14 days and they absolute stink by this point.

Yep it’s gonna a bitch to trim. I’ve had the odd super leafy over the years and generally when it dries will be more leaf than bud. I put it down to genetics.

Giving mass amounts of water to flush in a soil grow is asking for trouble, brings on bud rot. Lack of oxygen in the root zone and also makes the s cells expand in return creates a very high humidity within the buds. Seen it happen a few times.

Personally I’d wait at least another week—10 days
